The breakfast had vegan and vegetarian options, a great addition. I baked fresh waffles to have with coffee. The location is perfect. It has many different rooms.

My bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was hard and old. I could feel the springs and it was noisy.

i found the location quite convenient, a short walk to the shopping area. the breakfast had a good selection of foods. the hotel provided a well-equipped gym.

the heater in my room was broken, so i was provided a temporary fan heater. this heater was unfortunately too loud to keep on overnight. the carpet and walls in the corridors seemed quite dirty and unwelcoming.

i found the location very convenient (it was close to transport links). breakfast had a wide variety of choices. the room featured a cosy shower. staff demonstrated friendliness and were lovely.

i encountered a minor issue as the hot food was only lukewarm. this was due to many people trying to get their food simultaneously. food stations were often empty.

the team responded quickly to requests and seemed eager to help with directions. the reception staff managed check-in efficiently, even during busy times. i felt supported due to their attentiveness.
